Our transaction management
HIH Invest’s transaction management covers all purchase and sale transactions as well as the management and implementation of the associated due diligence processes (purchase and sale reviews).
The transaction managers carry out both individual and portfolio transactions
to ensure the successful implementation of the investments’ portfolio strategies. An in-house team specializing in retail is also available for the retail property segment.
