They are the ideal solution for realizing investments in individual renewable energy projects, with a technological or geographical focus. In addition, certain risk classes (e.g. project developments) can be excluded.
Investor requirements in terms of financing, financing ratios and vehicles can be tailored to the respective needs. HIH Invest offers all common vehicles, from German open-ended special funds (special AIFs) to German closed-ended special AIFs in the form of investment limited partnerships and Luxembourg structures.
