With a private placement or a club deal (small, homogeneous group of investors), specific
individual investments or portfolios can be realized. They are the ideal solution for realizing
investments in premium assets, major projects, special sectors or portfolios.
For example, financing,
financing ratios and vehicles optimally tailored to the investors and the investment can be used. HIH Invest offers all common vehicles, from German
open-ended special funds (special AIFs) to German closed-ended special AIFs in the form of investment limited partnerships
and Luxembourg structures to domestic and foreign SPVs (special
purpose vehicles).
