As a strong partner to owners, HIH Centermanagement is responsible for all tasks related to the management of shopping centers, retail parks and local shopping centers. Thanks to our presence at nine locations in Germany and a broad market network, we are close to the properties and guarantee a high quality of support. With a portfolio of over 50 retail properties under management and many years of expertise, HIH Centermanagement ensures the future viability of retail space. We always keep an eye on changes in the stationary retail trade, important gastronomy trends and additional services in order to sustainably improve the quality of stay in the buildings. We also ensure that the spaces are managed sustainably and comply with the guiding principles of ESG.

Exclusive property management

HIH manages and coordinates external property management service providers and ensures their quality. However, we also offer our own property management services for selected properties. If an external service provider is unavailable, the HIH Group and its property managers are on hand. We take over some or all of the technical and commercial property management, ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the site.
